2. Promotion Period
The lvb Halo Giveaway commences at Monday 23 November 2026 9:00 AM AEDT and closes at Sunday 6 December 2026, 11:59 PM AEDT (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, and any person directly involved in conducting or determining the winner of the promotion, are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. How to Enter
To submit a valid entry during the Promotion Period, entrants must:
- Follow @lvb_collection on Instagram.
- Like the official Halo Giveaway post/reel.
- Tag a minimum of 10 individual Instagram accounts in the comments of the official competition post/reel.
- Save the official Halo Giveaway post/reel.
Entrants must continue to follow @lvb_collection at the time the winner is drawn and verified.
Tagged accounts must be genuine individual Instagram accounts. Spam, duplicate, fake, automated, celebrity or business-account tagging may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's reasonable discretion.
Entry is free.
5. The Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won:
One lvb Halo handbag valued at A$1,700 AUD.
The Halo embodies lvb's signature approach to transformative luxury, featuring two distinct external aesthetics within one sculptural design.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries.
The draw will take place on Monday 7 December 2026 in Sydney, NSW, Australia.
The first valid eligible entry randomly selected will be the winner.
7. Winner Announcement & Notification
The winner will be announced on Tuesday 8 December 2026 via @lvb_collection and contacted directly by the official @lvb_collection Instagram account.
The winner must respond within 7 days of notification and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.
lvb will never request payment, banking details or credit-card information from the winner in order to claim the prize.
Entrants should be aware of impersonation and scam accounts.
8. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period, cannot establish their eligibility or otherwise fails to claim the prize in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, lvb may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid eligible entries.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the original winner before a redraw is conducted.
9. Verification of Entries
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who has not complied with these Terms & Conditions or who has interfered with, manipulated or attempted to unfairly influence the entry or winner-selection process.
Incomplete, fraudulent, automated or otherwise invalid entries may be excluded.
10. Delivery
The prize will be delivered to the winner at the address supplied following verification.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect information supplied by the winner or circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used for the administration of the giveaway, verification of the winner and delivery of the prize.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with lvb's Privacy Policy.
12. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.
Entrants release Instagram from any responsibility associated with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
13. General
By entering the promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the promotion from being conducted as intended.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
The Promoter's decisions regarding eligibility and administration of the promotion are final, subject to applicable law.
